Default f22 Help

So I have a f22a1 right...lol...anyways I have been told that I have a freak engine, im putting 117 hp at the wheel * that sounds right* but im putting 130 ft at the wheel, i pulled the dyno about a year ago in ..My car is bone stock except for a mufler on the end of the factory piping....It has a 12 yr old air filter that I think about replacing all the time but always tell myself that I am getting a CAI.... anyways I just got ahold of a t4 turbo for basically nothing and I am needing a manifold, I am kinda stuck with limited options so I was wondering if the h23 manifold is the same for the f22 of maybe even the h22. I know that many of the parts on the h series interchange with the f series and the intake manifold from the h23 will fit on the f22... I have heard too many bad things about the obx manifolds that I do not want to trust it on keeping my engine running proper.. If anyone knows of a company that makes a reputable header I would greatly appreciate it, or any other help is wanted...Thanks a lot. :D

Yes the hp sounds right. I dyoned 111whp about a 2 years ago bone stock. I am currently working on turboing my f22 as well and yes the h23 manifold is the same. I actually bought a tubular OBX manifold hoping it would work but the power steering bracket is in the way so I would have to notch it out for it to work. Monday or Tuesday I should be getting my cast iron manifold and hopefully that bolts right up and doesn't hit anything. I will let you know man.

yes, the h23 maifold will fit. But if you do swap it, i think that you have to make the ports on the head to match the intake manifold. As for the OBX manifold, just be careful, I have heard some people say that the qaulity isn't that good. For the f22a1, either keep it, and turbo it, swap it for an h22 or whatever you like. Or you can just keep the f22 as is and save gas. For your T4 turbo, keep it, get a mainfold to fit it, then just put together your turbo get.

Trust me, after a good turbocharge, that f22a1 won't be 111 whp any more!

I have a F22A2, it has same specs as your engine.
I'll also turbo my engine, H23 manifold should fit,
I bought a Drag kit and the manifold is the same for H23 kit from the part # (TKK141) http://www.importparts.com/sho...=2207
You can also use a DSM maniflod where you'll have to redrill to make it fit.
Keep me inform on your project
By the way what fuel management are your going to use ?

Ok here is what I am planning on running with the setup.

Hondata s300 for the p28 ecu *I will check but I am pretty sure that is what I have*
t4 Garrett turbo with .50 and .63 specs
still deciding on which front mount intercooler I want
AEM fuel rail connected to 550cc injectors
AEM fuel pressure regulator
GREADY BOV
Unorthodox Ultra SS pulleys
Lightened Flywheel proably 8-10lbs
Tanabe can with 3 inch pipe to it
7-10 psi daily driven (will see how much load is under engine, but have heard it handles 10 psi tuned like a champ)
Looking for a clutch rated up to 300hp
Get rid of my toyo tires and proably put nittos or bfgoodrich

I am looking forward to finishing this in August! I am starting to get the parts now, I know that it will be important to do it right the first time *like so many people do not* so thats why I say August. Do anyone know of any reputable headers for the h23 since everyone says they will match up?

if your ecu is stock it is a p12, you would probably find a p06 to be the easiest to use for your setup.
