Which engine is this for h22 or h23? Cause if you want to run
a conventional setup until you go turbo, the choice of header
is very important. There are only a few header choices for the
h23. The h22 has alot of choices and if you want one that flows
better than stock, then you need to go with a quality piece. As
for the rest a high-flow cat and muffler will be needed and you'll
definately want a resonator too if you are going to DD it. Mandrel
bends in the piping are better than press bends too. If you are
going to go turbo soon, you may as well do that straight away,
cause the system will be much different.

3" exhaust is plenty for all motor or boost vehicles, so unless you want to build the exhaust twice this should be your choice. I would go for vibrant exhaust components and possible a second resonator depending if you are into the lawnmower sound. Also if you want to turbo don't blow your money on fancy headers just get something cheap like Megan and use exhaust wrap to speed up the exhaust gas. Some shops might give you a helping of fresh BS about how they can't build it, but they just don't want to lose money by you bringing your own parts in, but if you can weld then go for it yourself!

3" mandrel bent, high-flow cat, Vibrant resonator in the tunnel and then either a Borla, Magnaflow, Thermal R&D, or Vibrant muffler out the back. There are a couple companies who offer 3" mandrel bent piping kits such as k-teller; grab one of those with your choice of components listed and take it to a shop to have it welded up. I'd just stick with the stock header and put a transition cone in to go up from the stock size to 3" if you're going turbo later.

Or if you live in one their areas, take it to Hytech or SMSP or similar and have them do it all for you.
