Check the purge solenoid. Its located next to the cruise control actuator. It should click "purge" when the engine is warm and running. Check the black/yellow wire for 12v. Ground the red/yellow wire with a backprobe. This will give the solenoid full command and there should be vacuum on the outlet side of the solenoid. If there is no vacuum, the solenoid is bad.
Ha Ha Kronn! This system is more elaborate than other systems. It might not be possible for a novice to repair. Im not going to post by post all the steps required to diagnose this car. Especially component location. You offered the same reponse. "Check the service manual" or "find a Honda tech" offer the same value. NONE. So my answer is just as stupid as your answer.
He'd still be better off taking it to a mechanic vs the stealership. Even though I'm sure he can tackle this himself. Just read the section a few times and it'll make sense.
Kornkid, if you need, I can post any wiring schematic for our cars.

its all good man ya it is wierd that they did that. and thanks ya i found it i think its a bad one or something if i reset ecu it will click and all that good stuff then about 40 miles later it stops
OK, good. When it stops clicking, disconnect outlet the hose on the purge solenoid, leave the vacuum hose to the manifold connected. With the engine running, ground the red/yellow wire. There should be manifold vacuum present at the hose. If not, the purge solenoid is bad for sure.
ok ground the wires thanks and do i just pop it out of its socket and ground it that way or what.
thanks again for the help
i always knew people from my old city were good
