error code 12

error code 12
I just installed the h22a. I am getting error code 12. I looked at the egr valve there is a vacum line coming out of it, where does this line connect too? When I sucked on the hose, the car shut off. when i blew into it nothing happened. Does this connect onto the throttle somewhere?
