Default engine torque damper?

i was wondering if you guys ever putted a NRG engine damper made for accords to work with a h22 prelude??? i have a 1998 prelude do u think it will work???

The sell them for preludes, if you already got it, im sure you just have to make brakets.

you say they make it for preludes already are u meaning NRG makes them for preludes?? do u know where i can get them??

Ingalls makes them for ludes. Its more expensive though.

i believe hawkes had an NRG accord one on his, but had to fab up brackets. He has innovative motor mounts now. Just get nice motor mounts and you won't need a damper

search isnt working.....IIRC all Hawkes had to do was drill 1 hole larger....and it fit

greenlude so are u talking about drilling a hole in the motor mount to make the bolt fit or u mean him drilling a hole in the bracket to make the damper fit???

Yes, buy an NRG damper for an Accord and you only have to drill one hole bigger.

Mine is a 92-96, you could probably get it work on yours, but I don't know for sure....

make sure you use a lil loctite on the nuts/bolts or else.

... they will fall into the opening in the timing covers.
