A friend of mine is getting an H22 for his 92 Prelude S....and he wants to put the old F22 in his wifes 93 auto civic coupe......what would we need to get this swap done.....i know its a civic but ive always had better luck with the prelude fokes....like me

 

I need some help too. Maybe someone can kill two birds with one stone.

Here's my dilemma - I have a really, really nice 1980 Prelude. Great interior and exterior but the engine is toast. My girlfriend wants me to junk it but I'd like to swap in an SOHC engine, IF possible.

So...is it possible? And what exactly do I need?

most likely new custom engine mounts (i think they make some for h22 civic swaps so it should work with this application) new axles (same deal) etc

you might want to buy the shop manuals for both cars too
