you're sure the motor mounts are secured properly, just because they're new doesn't meant they're not secured well

after my swap, my engine shook too, it may even want to stall a little, check out the coolant system, air in the system will trick the ect sensor and the computer will add more gas and reduce gas according to sensor temp reading. in other words, bleed the system, it's a real bitch with the h22a's so be patient.

If it only happens when its in gear then you might wanna have the clutch re-aligned

First, check to see if it's throwin any codes. Then come back and tell us the results.

check for vacuum leaks, they will definately cause the engine to run rough. usually an easy fix if you find a leak

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by jackstands &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">after my swap, my engine shook too, it may even want to stall a little, check out the coolant system, air in the system will trick the ect sensor and the computer will add more gas and reduce gas according to sensor temp reading. in other words, bleed the system, it's a real bitch with the h22a's so be patient. </TD></TR></TABLE>

there is a bleeder for it by the thermostat housing, to check for a vacume leak get a mister bottle and spray the hoses, if you notice it bogs down that is the area of the leak
