what kind of new parts should i buy to rebuild an engine on a 93 prelude with alot of mileage and how much do u estimate it should cost?

What you'll need:
- Pistons/rings/wrist pins
- Rods
- Main/Rod Bearings
- Head Gasket kit
- Any other block seals that may need to be replaced

Aside from seals, the head should be fine unless the valves are in bad shape. If so, then replacing the valves will be necessary and up the cost.
