Default Engine Problems Relating To The Clutch

Okay, my probrlem is, whenever I'm @ idle and I step down on the clutch, my car stalls. The only way I am able to drive my car right now is to gas first, then clutch, then shift, then clutch up. I'm trying to determine whats wrong.

What do you guys think? Throw-Out berring? Or possible the entire clutch assembly. I have the ACT Extreme Street Kit and their street lite flywheel. Their clutch kit also came with a new throw-out berring. I just don't see why these performance parts would go out so easily like this. Any comments or advice? Thanks for reading.

Yeah, I was thinking of changing the whole assembly also but I figured since I need to get a tranny swap and it's gonna be out anyways, I might as well do the clutch along with it cuz it's no extra cost in labor. But I was hoping that all I would need is a throw-out berring so I wouldn't have to buy the whole dang assembly again.
