Default Engine oil

Hello, I race my car occasionally - 3 to 4 times a year - and usually have the oil changed then. Where I live our choices are limited, I can usually get 5/30 or 10/30 (or 40) but really which is the most suitable engine oil to use for my Honda (Prelude, 95, stock with performance market intake, headers and manifold). BTW I did searched the site for an answer to this topic, figured it must have come up once or twice b4. Thanks as usual.
