A year ago I had my 97 Prelude ported, polished and bored .40 over and really havent had any problems. However, a few months ago I was misfiring in my 2nd cylinder and now it tripped the ecu and I found out that its the same problem as before. Would an aftermarket ecu or piggyback fix this problem. Another reason I thought that it might be this is because everytime I receive it back from the dealer it will shut off on me for the first 30 or so minutes when I let the rpms drop to low. Any advice or suggestions would be most appreciated.
