engine dies while driving.... PLEASE HELP
hello all... I've been experiencing problems with my 98 prelude base... while driving the gauge cluster will die and the engine dies with it. All the electronics work, windows, radio, a/c, etc. the car cranks but the engine wont start. I wait anywhere from 5-30 mins then the dash lights come back on and the car starts. the timing belt, alternator, water pump have all been changed this year. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
i just recently replaced the ignition switch... meaning the whole key assembly... would this cause the whole gauge cluster to just die... The lights on the car work and everything... the car just wont start unless the gauge cluster goes on... i checked for loose wiring behind the gauge cluster and everything is plugged in. Again, thank you for all the help....
