hey...my friend just bought a 2000 prelude and installed some HIDs on it a couple of days after.....now the dashboard lights dont light up except the emergency blinkers...and everytime we turn on the HIDs without the ignition on, it makes a cracking sound..i dont know whats happening or what had happend.. PLEASE HELP !!
