Electrical help

Ok i have no power on my dash and doors. The radio and A/C work. I have checked all the fuses and they are all fine. Anyone know what else it might be and what could have caused it.

Possible cut wires / bad connections in the wiring? I know it takes forever to track down electrical problems. Sounds like hours of work.
