Default EGR Insufficient Flow Code!!!

I got an EGR Insufficient flow code the other day and took the EGR valve off and the ports were all clogged with carbon.

Does anyone know the easiest way to clean all that crap out? Guy from Honda told me to take the EGR valve off and just rev the motor and let the fresh air blow it out but that didnt work! I dont wanna have to take the Intake Mani off if i dont have to...so can you guys help me out here?

Thanks

First buy some seafoam and use it to clean the valve itself. After that pour a little in port in the intake manifold and let it sit a 5-10min. Then go out and drive.

After that: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2016969

Look for my post in that thread.
