hey i have been searching for like an hour my car is throwing a code 12 for the egr solenoid what i need to know is if you can swap it with another from any other honda's cause i am trying to sell the car and don't want to buy a new to just sell it off. wil one from an accord work?

 

All you need to do is take it off and clean it. Thats usually the problem. But i think they are interchangeable. I wouldn't see any reason for honda to change the egr in other cars.

 

the sloenoid is what is shot not the valve that is what we thought at first to
