Default EE brake

well my ebrake sucks on my 5g.. so i tightened it with the bolt under the center console.... it didnt really help much.. does this mean i need new pads on the rear... or do i fail.. thanks

You did do the e brake adjustment with the brake disengaged right? And yes new rear pads will tighten the feel up noticeably.
