I don't think integra ECUs will even work on a prelude. Expecially 97+ They have the immobilzer system, plus different ratios for gearing, mph, rpms
GS-R ecus are compatible with preludes, but only 96+ OBDII ECUs would plug right into a 97+ prelude.
To do an OBDI (94-95 GSR) swap you need an adapter cable. But yes the pinouts for the DOHC VTEC are the same per OBD generation. GS-R on an H22a will run lean, but they are best for reprogramming, so I recommend a reprogrammed P72 (GS-R) for a prelude.
You would lose the immobilizer.
