Just make sure its a USDM. The JDM has a 120mph cut.
You can also use ANY obd1 VTEC ECU if you plan to tune it with a VAFC or for chipping to be used with Hondata-Neptune...etc...
I have run an H22 with a bone stock P72 before but it needed to be tuned.
