dyno question????
I got a lot of stuff in my car but this is actually the ones that you can tune...
Vafc
Cam gears
Fuel pressure regulator
and of course ,timing
I'm just wondering if there is any specific order to tune them (Ex. cam gears first,vafc second etc etc)?

I'd start off with cam gears & timing, then fuel pressure & VAFC. Try to tune them on a dyno.
