i would highly not recommend them for performance. i had them on my GSR with tein s-tech springs (333F 274R). first I had just the springs, and i wanted my car to handle better, so i got DZ shocks, and noticed no difference. so i a 23mm ITR rear sway. and in got a littler better. then i got some lightweight 17's with kumho supra 712, 205/40/17, and it got a ton better, but still not great. so i got some omnipower full coilovers, and then i was satisfied.
moral of the story, stiffer is better.
fyi, since i purchased my h22-eg, i put the omni fronts on the civic, and put BACK my tein/DZ front suspention on the GSR, keeping the omnipower rear. and the car handles and rides quite nicely. however, the ebay link that you posted is for a shock and sleeve coil combo, i dont think those DZ shocks are adequete for a dampering a stiff spring, which i am sure that those springs are moderatly stiff.

cheap shocks = shitty ride.

the minimum i'd recommend is the AGX's.
