downpipe help!!

Will an usdm h22 downpipe or flexpipe as some people called it fit on a jdm engine

Yes, but beware that the '97-01 USDM Type-SH and JDM Type-S have a different downpipe than the rest of the h22 family (in terms of length); the bolt patterns are the same, they are just a different dimensions.
