I have a 92 Prelude Si and figured out my distributor part number should be TD-61U. But is it an external coil or internal?

Should I go ahead and buy a new MSD External coil kit for it if it is external?

 

Doesnt matter you can use either ineternal or exteranal dizzy coils.
