Default Distributor Help

I removed the distributor to replace the rotor because i was unable to get the screw out that holds the rotor in. I then put it all back together and i tried to start the car and it turns over but it won't fire. I removed the distributor cap and saw that the rotor had moved from it's previous place. The car is a 95 vtec. Some help on how to get it working correctly would be great.

The rotor's going to move.. it spins. Did you get all your plug wires back into the correct spot? I had trouble with that screw too, so I said forget it for now. I think they used way to soft of a metal and after all that heating it's seized for good.
