Default Difference between SH and base model aside from atts?

Ok, when looking at parts for a bb6 ie. exhaust, two different versions of the part comes up, one for the sh and the other, non-sh. I know that the Sh has the atts system, but isn't that all in the tranny? what other factor requires the SH to use different parts?

The exhausts for the SH are shorter then the Base. If you find an SH you want, you'll need an adaptor for the Base to fit.

Other then the ATTS there are a few subtle differences. Body color stock skirts, no rear deck brake light, lights in the inside of the doors..

the motor of an SH sits further away from the firewall to make room for the ATTS unit. to make up for the extra distance between the two, the headers and exhausts on a SH are longer. the collectors pipe size, and mufflers are all the same i think though. also, the suspension arms are all different from a base model and a SH, whick might have an affect of the exhaust pipe bends. the SH have a lower/sportier spring and shock setup than the base. but aftermarket suspension can be used to correct the height differences.
