Occasionally my dash e-brake light will come one. On my previously cars this meant that the alternator was going bad. It seems to happen more when cornering. Any one know why it comes on??? Oh yeah. Its a bone stock '99 base.

 

I had the same exact problem, only came on during cornering... it turned out I was low on brake fluid. check that, your prolly low... also make sure your cap is tight, should fix the problem.
