Default Custom bisomoto header group buy

I emailed them last night about a header for my car and how much it would cost to get one done i got this response

"We are currently trying to get enough H-series guys to do a "group" buy in, so that we can purchase the 304 stainless steel material (bends, etc.) in bulk quantity to help cut down costs for you guys.
Therefore,
I would need about 30-35 guys interested in purchasing these units (custom of course) and if they are serious; put down a 50% deposit and they can have a Custom Bisimoto Header made of 304 Stainless Steel with a true merge collector for around $798 ish...
Hope that helps!
p.s. You can spread the word to the community if you'd like. I do not mind. It just makes my job a little easier... "

So what does everyone think? They are pretty sick headers and they kind of look like rmf headers here is a link.

Check it out and let me know who all wants to do this

Those are pretty sweet, loving the power gains. I would be interested if my car pulls through after snapping a timing belt at 75mph.

good price, I've been wondering when these were going into production. 30 people is alot though, and I'm definitely not in a position to buy ATM But thats a really good price, what about ceramic coating options?

well this is my thing ok bisi is the man when comes to building headers and everything i am not trying to knock anyone but this header was suppose to have come out last year and was delayed for r&d and materials. i waited for this header to be made and if you look at my thread its on there about it. the last time before i switched to get another header it was suppose to come out in august and was going to be 850 for everything our speaking of. i think its bs if thats the case. To Bisi i have upmost respect for you and everything you do, but i was highly and probably still upset that i waited 8months for it and nothing every came out of it.

Did you have the money together ? I mean 30pplx425= $12,750, if that money alone doesn't motivate him I do not know what will.

We make our header to have the most ground clearance possible.

it was never about having 30 ppl to do it it was already suppose to be in R&d when i was going to purchase it and was told to wait. But there were delays which i mention. Look I it happened it happened but remember the problem we prelude guys have is that very few build there motor and leave it in there they all end up going into civic's or intergas so thats the major delay also. The demand is not high so

This sounds sweet, but I'm not too familiar with what kinda gains are to be expected with this header on h22s. I did a quick search and wasn't able to find any sheets. Anyone know?

In either case, Bisimoto seems to have great cred on this board, so by that factor alone I am interested. Unfortunately I don't cash in hand, but in the coming months I will. Hopefully it's still going on then!

Like what was asked before, can we expect any other versions of this header? Like maybe Ceramic?

It is $1200 shipped, if you want it right now. UNLIKE OTHER companies, we DO , do our research to ensure that you are getting quality product.
Therefore, we DO NOT release ANY product without true documentation in regard to the product. (i.e. testing , true road testing, fatigue testing, water testing, etc.)
Hope that helps!

I'll see if i can pull together some dyno graphs from our testing.

We can have the header ceramic coated for you if you would like. Of course there is a coating fee for that

That kind of rubs me the wrong way. Seems a baby step away from bashing another company to help you sell your product.

I'm sure Crower can relate to how you feel with your relentless bashing of their products and promotion of Skunk and Jun products.
