Default cotter pin

alright, when taking out the axle, is all cars able to just pop out with a prybar? or do some axles have nuts or bolts

once the suspension is taken apart, one end of the axle should slide out of the hub (assuming you've removed the hub nut), and the other end should slide out (pry) of the tranny.

are you talking about actually taking apart the axle or removing it from the car? you need to be more specific.... what does cotter pin have to do with your question anyways?

cotter pin is in the upper suspension arm.. makes **** easier if u take that bolt out.. its a 17mm btw.. take out the cotter pin 1st.. then take off teh axle nut like like a 35mm or someting like that.. i cant remember. then i like to have a small piece of wood and put that agains the end of the axle (where the bolt was) and hit it with a hammer to make it move then u just giggle it out.. the other side will pry out with a big screwdriver or prybar.. when installin new one or whatever make sure the ring is still on the axle. (the piece u pull outta the tranny)

On the B-series swap i just did with my friend it was a 32mm... i assume honda uses that as standard.
