Compression test?
I have a 98 base model prelude H22a4 I done a quick (dry) compression test and here it sits
cyl1 205
cyl2 185
cyl3 220
cyl4 215
then redone it again dry
cyl1 200
cyl2 190
cyl3 215
cyl4 205
shpuld I rebuild? Valves in spec on lash

To be honest, a compression test doesn't really tell you all that much. Do a leakdown test. It will better allow you to diagnose your issue! A leakdown tester is a simple (and cheap) DIY.
