Default coilover options for bb6???

i'm searching for a coilover setup for my 97 base. i would like height adjustable as well as dampening and rebound. i was looking at tanabe, tein, and jic. my budget is around 1000 - 1200. what are the best options i should be looking at in this price range? i will be using my car mainly for street with a couple of track days and autox every year. thanks for any input.

ground controls and konis.

you can't afford the JIC's and they're a questionable setup anyway.

for around 1000 bucks you could get tein SS's, but gc/koni is the better setup anyway.

I know you are the suspension guru lol ... but if ebay is youre thing for 900 you can get SS and for 1150 a set of JIC's ...

I want a set of GC's also for my Koni's (400F & 450R) I was thinking... and after months of hasseling I finally got my money back from the HT sponsor(not his fault, apperently GC was being a Bitch) ...

I have searched and cant seem to find as good of a deal on Custom Rate GC's as the HT guy was offering, Do you know of a place that sells them for cheap ?? around 322 shipped i think it was.

What makes JIC so questionable?
