I have a hidden code 43 which is fuel system supply or w/e. My car hesitates once in a while like it needs more fuel. I have no CEL but when I jumped the connector, it came up code 43. I just replaced fuel filter and did a pressurized fuel system cleaner and still the same thing. It isn't that bad which is why the CEL isn't on but the code is still there. And the weird part is that if it hesitates, it'll stop hesitating/stumbling if i punch the gas real quick. My car does run real rich also and I'm on an untuned VAFC. Could it be that I just need a tune or could it be that my fuel pump is going bad?

I'm also wondering if it could be a bad o2 or TPS because if i let go of the throttle or punch it real quick the hesitation stops for a bit.

And also from all the research I did, I might have a exhaust leak before the o2 sensor, would that cause this? Gonna put on a test pipe and see if same problem occurs.
