I have a 93 lude with a h23 in it with about 170k on her and I'm throwing a code 43. I know this code deals with the fuel system and it must be either the injectors, o2 sensor, cat, fuel filter or fuel pump. The symptoms are that from the rpm range from about 2k- 4k my car does not respond very well to the throttle and just bogs out and is very hesitant and then at 4k all the sudden she just picks up and starts accelerating normal and drving good throughout the rest of the power band. Any ideas as to what i should replace first in attempt to fix this problem?

Usually this is the o2 sensor. But it also could be other things, fuel filter, fuel pump, injectors, egr,,, etc...

bump for the fact that i have 2 non running preludes and need this problem fixed asap!

well i guess i'll just start replacing stuff 1 by 1. i didn't really want to have to do this seeing as how im selling this car soon.
