I just got an '01 Lude and I've noticed two things wrong with it.

The first is that the clutch makes a squeeling/grinding noise in first and second gear. I was informed by the dealer I got it from that there is a Stage 2 clutch in it and that might be causing it, I am unsure.

The second, is that when I'm accelerating in second gear with the gas pedal fully depressed, there is juttering in acceleration and it is uneven until I reach the top end of the gear. First gear is fine.

1. you probably need transmission oil
2. check your cv joints, i just got my cv joints and before my car would slight make a knock noise when releasing the gas or accelerating now its not as bad, only because i only replaced one of my cv joints and the other one is still fucked up.
