Check Engine Light Help
I just installed my DC Sports Header when the check engine light came on. I am fairly sure it is the O2 sensor that is setting off the light. I was wondering if an OBD-1 h22 cpu would solve this problem. Or what is a wide band O2 sensor and would it help, or could i use some sort of aftermarket computer like the AEM, MoTeC, or TEC3 units. Any help would be great.
You blew your Primary heated O2 sensor. Go buy a new one. Sorry.
It happened to me too, no other way around it, just go shell out the $220.00 for a new one.

It is probably your O2 sensor, but you should double check to be sure: http://www.hondaprelude.to/main_checkengine.html
The best solution to your problem would be to fix the problem.

No, you should not be getting code 45 if the Greddy electronics (which I am assuming you are using) are wired correctly. What year is your lude?
