Default Check Engine light after headers installed?

I just bought dc headers for a sh and had them custom fit to my 94 H22a si and they had to weld on a piece and took out the o2 sensor then they put it back in. Do you guys think i could fix this problem without taking it to the dealership thanks.

find out what code is being thrown by ECU first that will help.

but i would not mind betting they stuffed up the o2 sensor when they were taking it out

Hmmm...sounds like you put too many headers on. It only needs one.

Jump the service connector and the CEL will flash and tell you what the code is for.

you will have a hard time taking your car to a dealership. They do not normally like to touch any car with any aftermarket parts on it.

The only thing i that would throw a code after a header is installed would have to be something o2 sensor related. Did you make sure you pluged the sensor back up properly and didnt damage it ? Do you have an exhaust leak or anything?
