Default check engine

ok here it goes, i rebuilt my h22 and put it all back in and i went to fire it up after i primed the oil system. put plugs back in and cranked to see if it would start nope it didnt, checked to see if there was fuel at the fpr nope. i know the pump is good its new. then i noticed that the engine light is not all the way on bright its faint and it doesnt go off. i cant hear the pump going and i can hear a clicking of this relay thats under the dash not on the fuse box right above the hood popper it has a brown 6 or 7 pin plug.

im thinking my ecu might have taking a dive. i jumped the service connector and nothing the engine light is still dim.

car has been sitting for 1 yr and 3 mos.

no they are not just the engine light and it cranks fine, im gonna look at it some more today. there was mice in there for a month or so i got rid of them quick i hope they didnt eat any wires.i looked and couldnt see any of the harness chewed
i will go plug my aem in and run a base map to see if the ecu is the problem.

i hooked up my stocker and found my coil to be sparking constantly. and main relay clicking the same speed as coil fires.
hooked up a chipped p06 and not anything not a engine light or anything. wondering if my mainrelay or my ign switch is bad.

igot a new knock sensor and that wasnt it. im running outa options..

and i got in there with a test light and the logic grounds have power while unplugged from the ecu. then when i plug them back in they have power when the key is in the on pos. but one of them pulses. and i think thats whats causing my relay to click and not sure if its related to my coil or not but i assume its tied in.
i tired my aem and it wont evne get power to connect so im not sure where the problem is.
im getting my optima outa my other car and charging it to make sure its not a battery prob. and then i will have to go with rippin my dash apart to see what wires got fucked up by the mice if any. so i think ill go with the relay first then the po6 second and then will see if she runs or not......
anyone had there ign switch go bad or imoblizer lock u out if so let me know im going to look at pgmfi and read on how to bypass the unit.

sounds like the car is losing the ability to run its electrical system.

the car wont crank with a bad ignition switch, and most aftermarket immobilizers have a bypass somewhere under the dash...check for battery voltage at the ecu power feeds. also maybe take a look at the crank sensor...but thats a longshot

im real curious, let us know what you figure out

well i went out and tested things with a meter and foundthat the main relay that was onlybuzingwas only sorta grounding i ground it toa god ground and then i had a check engine light that wasnt dim like before and it went offafter the fuel pump primed. now it has no spark

does the immobilizer screw with the spark also... i know alot but not about the imobs this is the first time dealing with one in my car.. im asuming there bypassable.
i will search and then try to figure out this problem.
buti got fuel pump to work now.

fixed i guess when i put the head back on i smashed a wired and broke it next to the therostat housing. it looked conneted but found it was the one that was my problem which in turn shorted out my ign box and caused me more probelms.
i ran straight to the coil in stock form and bam fires right up.
it wasnt somthing u could see that was broken just looked smashed tested and whola...
