I just mounted it on the car and it looks good, but I think I'll have to (want to) remove the torsion bars on the back. Also I think might get a set of SRR trunk latches.

Yeah, I'm sure a CF backing would drop and additional 4-5 lbs. The back reinforcement is quite substantial.

Well I was selling them for looks, weight reduction was an added benefit.

Well Satan, I hope things work out for you. That sucks that you do so much for us with the cool stuff you make and now you're the one stuck. If I had a block I wasn't using I'd just GIVE it to you.

Stupis question, but those Torsion bars on the trunk are just there to help keep the trunk open correct?
