My CEL has been on since I bought my car. It's a 96 Prelude S. I read somewhere on here how to diagnose why the CEL its on. The problem is, I cant find that connector anywhere. But I did find a bunch of wires that look like they were cut off and taped. So does anyone know what the colors for the wires to diagnose my CEL are?

 

I know my grammer is horrible.

 

I know my connection is on the passanger left side removable pannel with fabric on it. Other then that I wouldn't know anything about colors of wires or anything, should have some type of plug in connection kind of dilly.

so it should have a blue w/ white and a orange w/ white?
