I took the manifold of a h23 engine, and i put it on a f22.
Will this cause any problems?

 

if you're talking about the intake manifold, the h23 has secondary runners and the f22 doesn't, so you'll probably either have to leave them open or closed all the time

And if closed what happens?

Open all the time you will likely lose torque down low, closed all the time you will lose a lot up top. I've heard of people wiring a shift light or something along those lines into the control solenoid to make it work.

yeah you have those 3 options
leave it open
leave it closed
or hook up an rpm switch to open the diaphragm

 

Ok another question. What if i use a cb7 intake manifold on the f22?
will that work with out any problems?
the f22 i have is obd2 96 accord and the one im going to try and use is from a 92 accord obd1
Any problems? or it should be good?
