Default Camshaft installation problem

I just replaced the head gasket on my h23. I torqued everything down in order of the helm manual but the exhaust cam seems to be tighter than the intake cam. The intake cam seems right the exhaust cam just doesnt turn easily. I am just wondering if when i reset the rockers if it would fix the problem?

If by "reset the rockers" you mean adjust your valve lash, Yes. It's more than likely the some of your rockers are rubbing against the cam, making it difficult to rotate. After you adjust your valves it should be better.

It's also possible that maybe the exhaust cam didn't get lubed as well as the intake cam, so there is a little more metal on metal contact occurring.
