camshaft install
Well it depends on what cam, if its another stock cam you can just chuck it in there, if its an aftermarket cam you would be best of degreeing it, but on some cams you can get away with dropping them in there.

Not trying to threadjack but this might help both him and me. I'm trying to remove the cam seal on the distributor side of the intake cam (the one that's notorious for leaking) but I can't get the plate that holds the camshaft in place off. It's like its now one with the cylinder head, any tips?
NVM, got it, with a few taps with a hammer the metal let go.

is there a certain way to do it or is pretty much as simple as im thinking it is take the old one out take the distributor off put new one in is that it?
