buy a HELMS.
Yeah no kidding, get a manual. Kind of like driving from LA to NY with no map. It's just not reasonable to ask for directions all the way there. Be a big boy, be responsible, get the manual.

Can we assume you're going to work on the car in the future? Get the manual, instead of leaning on everyone else everytime you need to tighten a bolt.

There is more then just one torque setting. Also, depending on which rods you use will require different torque settings for your rod bolts. Typically crower's are 45ftlbs, but you dont provide us with any specs on your motor so wtf do you expect us to say? Go buy a book for the 50th time, you will need it from this point forward in your life.

im willing to bet also you most likely disassembled the engine without a helms also....Just as it is important to torque the bolts down in the right order, its also very important to remove them in the right order also.I hope you had the mains checked if you didnt remove the main bolts in the right order.
Torque specs for the head are in 3 steps:
1st 29ftlbs, 2nd 56ftlbs, and 3rd 74ftlbs from the center out, in a criss-cross pattern
Cam journal specs are 20ftlbs (12mm bolt heads) and 9ftlbs (10mm bolt heads) from the center out, in a criss-cross pattern.
