When I turn on my a/c, several noises come from what sounds like the passenger side dash and firewall area. The noise is loud both inside and outside the vehicle. The best way I can describe the noise is that of the first sequence of a typical car alarm, you know the "bllloooOOOOOOPP bllooooOOOOOOP". The noise seems to come and go as it pleases, but it's noisy more often than it is silent. Anyway, I thought it may be the a/c blower fan getting off balance somehow, so it has been replaced, but the noise continues. Any ideas?
