Break-in my engine
Have somebody read and tried this: http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm ? Is that true or that man is just joking? Anybody tried and can confirm this?
When I bought my Prelude 01 se, the guys at the dealership told me " drive it like you stole it, don't let the car idle at any constant rpm, or the engine will get used to it and like to stay at a performance range" I think the second part is crap, about the engine sticking to a certain type of performance, but I agree with the first part "drive it like you stole it". I bought the car for it's performance, not for a sunday driver. If I wanted a Sunday driver, I would have bought a cavalier or a civic, but I certainly didn't. I don't beat on my car in any means, but I do drive it as it was designed for performance.
I have reved my car up high since the day I bought it, and the performance is still there, plenty.
Drive it like you want.
Clockwork

When I got my car off the lot, I DID vary the RPMS and varied the shift points to break it in. I never took it past 4500 RPM for the first few thousand kms. Now every once in a while, I'll take it to around 6500RPM so that it doesn't get stuck in the low RPMS. So far so good.
