Hey guys and gals.....I have a 93 si,and I just recently put new ss lines in along with a new master cylinder,and while driving to day me e brake light came on for no reason......and then after about 2-3 miles it turned off, and ABS light came on.So I shut off the ignition and both lights turned off....well about 5 miles later my ebrake light came on the dash again......so I checked to make sure it wasnt pulled up a little bit,and it wasnt.Well it shut off.....but why is this happening?

I hate the dash warning lights and it bugs the heck out of me....has any1 had a similar problem in the past?Thanks in advance for the helpfull replies.

 

ttt bump////// anybody ever hear of this?? Its crazy,maybe I need to re bleed my rear brakes.

likely need to bleed the brakes.

 

Did you check the brake fluid? The sensor on the lid for the master cylinder will cause the brake light to come on if you fluid is low.

 

Good call hawkze....it was a Little low,but Im not sure if that was it or not,anyway if it dosent remedy the problem than I will bleed the entire system again,and go from there.THanks again
