Brake issue
I changed my front pads and had no problems,
took car for a drive with no issues.
I then changed my rear pads,
when I took the car for a drive I noticed that the hand brake light was on,
-it wont turn off regardless of the handbrake position.
-the hand brake itsnt really working that well.
Thanks Jade

Re: Brake issue (Vanadium)
You could check the switch for the handbrake, it's under the center console mounted on the brake itself.
You also need to give the rear brakes and the handbrake time to adjust to eachother. Every time I do anything with rear brakes the e-brake is very loose at first and eventually it gets tighter and tighter until it's good. Just the way our rear calipers work with the screw-in piston...

Re: Brake issue (Vanadium)
the only thing that will make the brake light come on is 1 brake fluid to low or bad/dirty sensor, 2 e brake not down all the way/bad switch

Re: Brake issue (Vanadium)
You need to get a manual and look up adjusting the parking brake. You should be able to find a description with the search feature here, but I don't remember any really detailed posts. You can adjust it under the console and also at the rear brakes. I've only had to adjust under the console, sounds like you might need to adjust at the rear brakes.
