ok, i have a small crack in the bumper where the turn signals go on the left side and im missing part of the turn signals. how much would a bumper cost?

left sideview mirror has a small crack and both mirror's paint is faded. how much would a mirror cost and can they be painted?

lets see.... i have a ticking sound coming from my engine, someone told me its the valves or something. can i get this fixed when i get my timing belt replaced this week?
