Default is it bad to plug up vacuum hoses?

i got a h22 swap into a eg, there aer some loose hoses that is vacuum. i was wondering if i can just use some screws or tape to plug up the vacuum. is this recommended?

ideally you would remove the line entirely and use a vaccum cap (you can get a box of different colors and sizes for like $2).

but as long as whatever you plug it with isn't going to get sucked in, you're fine.

it's fine; just try to take it off at the nipple, like mentioned above; it'll clean things up much better.

how bout electric tape? thats what ive been using so far.
