my 1990 honda prelude si cooling fans dont turn off after engine is stop

 

with a perfect 3rd gen prelude, the fans will stay on up to 15 minutes after you shut the motor off.... if the coolant is too hot... now over time, wires and sensors can take a ****.... for me, I took out the ac condenser fan relay and fuse out... (I did this before my swap, when I still had the b20a) it solved my problem..... but if you want to find and fix the probleml..... check (after checking sensor and wiring) locate and swap a fan timer unit..

you have a thermo(fan) switch on the bottom of your radiator, check to see if the wiring and and sensor are in cood condition....here is some pics to help
