how do I tell if an ecu is for an auto...I got a 2nd ecu and it might be for an auto...I cant plug it in and test it cause my car doesnt currently run...its a p13 thats for sure cause it says it...but is there a way to tell if its for an auto?

Are the auto ECU's the same as the slap shift ECU's, or is this just a dumb question?
